All returns, including core returns, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
Returns beyond 30 days are not accepted, without exception.
Obtaining an RMA:
To request an RMA, access “Manage My Order” on our website using your email address and order number.
Alternatively, submit a support ticket through our website within 30 days of purchase.
We will email you an RMA number and return instructions.
If returning multiple items, you may receive multiple RMA numbers. Ensure each item is returned to the correct location with its corresponding RMA to avoid delays or loss of credit.
Restrictions on Electrical and Electronic Parts:
Opened electrical and electronic parts are non-returnable.
If the part has been plugged in, or the packaging has been opened or unsealed, it cannot be returned.
This policy is in place to prevent damage from improper installation or testing.
Shipping Your Return:
Verify that all return items match the items listed on your RMA email.
Use a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.
Ensure the correct RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.
Do not write on the product’s original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not reimburse for return shipping.
RMA Processing Time:
Most RMA numbers are issued within 2-4 business days.
Some items may require longer processing.
Your RMA number and return instructions will be sent via email.
If you do not receive your RMA within 5 business days, please contact our customer support team.
